Administrative Units

Administrative structure of the Division

The Quality Assurance Unit is one of the important units in the Quality Assurance Division, as it contributes greatly to the development of the general strategic policies of the college and takes it upon itself to apply all programs that flow in achieving comprehensive quality management, and one of its most important goals is the continuous endeavor to ensure and improve the quality of university education. Unity tasks:
1-
Reviewing and updating the college’s strategy, mission and goals in line with developments and developments that would develop higher education institutions.
2- Follow-up and implementation of the college’s strategic plan to achieve quality guarantee in order to obtain the college and its departments on academic accreditation to enhance the quality of the educational process in the college.
3-
Spreading a culture of quality and awareness among faculty members and students and all university workers in the importance of applying the quality assurance and accreditation system and consolidating concepts related to quality assurance mechanisms.
4- Establishing the foundations, rules, procedures, and periodic monitoring procedures to implement the standards of quality assurance and accreditation.
5-
Suggest university performance standards and quality control of the elements of the educational process represented by university professor, curricula, laboratories, university infrastructure, university student, and performance evaluation operations.
6- Providing advice, advice and guidance to the sections of the college, which did not achieve the required levels of quality guarantee in the aspects to be approved.

Preparing periodic follow -up reports on the division’s activities and submitting them to the Deanship of the College.
1- مراجعة وتحديث استراتيجية الكلية ورسالتها وأهدافها بما ينسجم مع التطورات والمستجدات التي من شأنها تطوير مؤسسات التعليم العالي.
2- متابعة وتنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية للكلية لتحقيق ضمان الجودة من أجل حصول الكلية وأقسامها على الاعتماد الأكاديمي لتعزيز جودة العملية التعليمية في الكلية.
3- نشر ثقافة الجودة والوعي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة وجميع العاملين بالجامعة بأهمية تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة والاعتماد وترسيخ المفاهيم المتعلقة بآليات ضمان الجودة والاعتماد.
4- وضع أسس وقواعد وإجراءات الرقابة والمتابعة الدورية لتنفيذ معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد.
5- اقتراح معايير الأداء الجامعي وضبط الجودة لعناصر العملية التعليمية المتمثلة بالأستاذ الجامعي، والمناهج , والمختبرات , والبنى التحتية للجامعة , والطالب الجامعي , وعمليات تقييم الأداء.
6- تقديم المشورة والنصح والتوجيه لأقسام الكلية التي لم تحقق المستويات المطلوبة من ضمان الجودة في الجوانب المطلوب اعتمادها.
7- إعداد تقارير المتابعة الدورية عن نشاطات الشعبة وتقديمها لعمادة الكلية.
 

The performance evaluation unit is one of the units of great importance in the division, where it takes coordination with all scientific and administrative departments to write down data for the evaluation files (the evaluation file for university performance, the file of evaluation of the faculty members, the file of evaluation of employee performance) and checking the validity of these data and unifying them within the specified ministerial timing. Unity tasks: 1-
Completion of the performance evaluation files (for the teachers, for administrative teaching, for employees …) in all college formations.

The Academic Accreditation Unit and the classifications shall be responsible for providing local and foreign agencies concerned with local and international classifications with information and documents required to introduce the college within these classifications and according to the controls of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as well as the development of plans and policies of the college obtaining academic accreditation.

First: Categories

Conclusion of the authorities responsible for each global classification and study the requirements of each classification.

2- Collecting information from all college formations and preparing databases to suit each local and global classification.

3- Preparing future plans to develop the research level of the college.

4- Analyzing the results of the affiliation of each classification and preparation of studies that show the important points that must be strengthened and carried out in the college’s plans.

Prepare the guidelines and guidance programs for the goals of development.

6- Establishing plans to classify college formations in a way that contributes to showing the product of distinctive formations and stimulating the rest of the formations.

7- Enhancing the scientific and academic reputation of the college globally through electronic programs or publications and introductory brochures.

Second: reliability

Check the college eligibility to apply for academic accreditation (institutional and programmatic).

2- Working to coordinate the academic accreditation file between the college and the donor entities for accreditation.

3- Forming the teams concerned with working to fulfill the requirements of academic accreditation standards.

4- Determining the evidence and evidence required to fulfill each of the accreditation criteria.

Determining procedural evidence for all entities of the college.

6- Monitor the activities and achievements of the formed committees in every standard.

7- Coordination with all units, people and various sections of the college in order to fulfill the requirements of accreditation.

The Pologna Process is a multi -purpose process concerned with setting a framework that makes the qualifications in higher education similar in its certificates and information available in them and the course of comparison in university grades in the European Union countries is able to adopt similar standards in quality and helps high education in the student’s employment And global competition.
This unit is concerned with applying the internal quality guarantee policy, which is one of the most important components of the Bologna path.
